Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at IndoThreads. New, unworn merchandise with the tags still attached may be returned within 14 days upon receiving your order. Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must be attached in order to be returned. Make sure you’re completely satisfied with your item before removing this tag. Any sign of wear or tampering with the “Do Not Remove” tag will void the return and the customer will be liable for return shipping costs.
You can request a return label by contacting us via email at contactus@indothreads.com. Please include your order number in the email. Domestic returns made within the 14 day window are free of charge.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return is shipped to process your refund or credit. If you would like to speak to a Concierge associate, please email contactus@indothreads.com and one of our associates will gladly assist you.

Service charges, such as Shipping or Gift Wrap, are not eligible for refunds.
Note: If you choose to return your item outside of the 14-day window or without receiving a proper shipping label from IndoThreads, we will not be liable for any merchandise that is lost or delayed in transit.
